Our team includes the following personnel:

Gene D. Brown, President & CEO
Gene Brown started the utility company in 1974 and has served continuously as its chief executive.

Sandra M. Chase, Vice-President
"Sandy" Chase has worked with the organization since 1981.

Nita Molsbee, Operations Manager
Nita Molsbee supervises all personnel on St. George Island. She has worked for the company for 10 years and holds a Class C Water Operator’s License. Nita and her employees are responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the system, seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

Hank Garrett, Assistant Operations Manager
Hank Garrett is our Assistant Operations Manager. He has worked for the company for 15 years and holds a Class B Water and Sewer Operators License.

Bob Mitchell, Controller
Bob Mitchell supervises the accounting staff in Tallahassee. He has been working with the utility company since 1998.

Jessica Blankenship, Office Administrator
Jessica has been working with the utility since September, 2005.

Bobby Garrett, Field Technician
Bobby has been working with the utility since May, 2006.

T.J. Lemieux, Field Technician
T.J. has been working with the utility since March, 2010.
